Urgent Required HR Manager

Job Location : Prahladnagar ,Ahemdabad

Job Time : 9:30 to 6:30

Key Responsibilities ? Develop and implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments. ? Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation. ? Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management efficiently. ? Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.). ? Plan and execute employee engagement and retention programs. ? Conduct staff training and development sessions. ? Support performance appraisals and employee career growth initiatives. ? Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions. ? Collaborate with management on workforce planning and HR strategy. Qualifications & Experience ? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred). ? 5-8 years of HR experience, ideally in the travel, transport, or service industry. ? Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.). Preferred Attributes ? Experience managing both office and field staff (drivers, operations team). ? Proactive, disciplined, and people-oriented professional. ?
