to oversee all aspects of human resources within our jewellery/manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, factory workforce, compliance, and performance management while fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Workforce Management
Handle end-to-end recruitment for office, retail, and factory staff.
Plan manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
Manage onboarding, attendance, and shift scheduling for factory employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain a harmonious work environment between management and staff.
Resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively.
Conduct employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
3. Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reports.
Oversee payroll, attendance management, and leave administration.
4. Performance & Training
Implement performance appraisal systems and track employee productivity.
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs for office and factory teams.
5. Policy Development & Implementation
Develop and enforce HR policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary guidelines.
Ensure HR practices align with company values and manufacturing standards.
6. Coordination & Strategy
Collaborate with management to design HR strategies that improve efficiency and retention.
Support expansion and recruitment drives for new units or showrooms.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in HR within a
jewellery, manufacturing, or production-based environment.
Strong knowledge of
labor laws, compliance, and workforce management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficient in
MS Office and HRMS software.
