Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Maintain compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

Performance Management
Implement appraisal systems and performance tracking mechanisms.
Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.

Payroll & Attendance Management
Supervise monthly payroll processing and leave management.
Monitor attendance systems and ensure timely salary disbursement.

HR Policies & Documentation
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.

Admin & Safety Coordination
Oversee general administration and factory HR operations.
Support HR audits, safety, and welfare activities.
