Design and implement HR policies aligning with company objectives across both entities.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Lead workforce planning for factory, sales, and office teams.
2. Statutory Compliance & Labour Law
Ensure 100% compliance with applicable laws: Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Contract Labour Act, and Shops & Establishment Act.
Coordinate with consultants for monthly compliance audits and filing of returns.
Maintain liaison with local labor and government authorities when required.
3. Payroll & Attendance Management
Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and attendance systems for both units.
Ensure accurate deductions and timely remittance of PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.
Manage salary structuring as per grade and job level.
4. Industrial Relations (Factory HR)
Handle worker grievances, disciplinary actions, and union-related communications.
Implement best practices for health, safety, and welfare as per Factories Act.
Support production team in maintaining harmonious relations at the plant.
5. Recruitment & Training
Plan and execute end-to-end hiring -- from shop-floor workers to senior management roles.
Conduct periodic training sessions on compliance, soft skills, and safety awareness.
Maintain skill matrix and develop retention strategies.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain all employee files, HR records, and compliance documentation.
Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
Required Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of Indian Labour Laws & Statutory Compliances.
Experience in both manufacturing & service sector HR.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Familiarity with HRMS software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
