Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
HR Manager
responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations at Technocruitx. This role involves strategic HR leadership, talent acquisition, compliance, payroll management, and employee engagement to support the company's growth.
The ideal candidate will bring strong HR operational expertise, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to handle diverse HR and administrative functions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and exit process.
Lead talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across functions.
Handle payroll management (
experience with Keka HRMS is mandatory
) and ensure accuracy in attendance and leave management.
Oversee compliance management and statutory requirements.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
Handle performance management systems, appraisals, and grievance redressal.
Build strong internal networks and coordinate with stakeholders and clients where required.
Ensure smooth collaboration between HR, Admin, and other departments.
Manage HR operations and admin-related tasks including facilities, office coordination, and employee welfare.
Be flexible to adjust work hours or support occasional night shift requirements due to the US Healthcare nature of business.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in end-to-end HR operations.
Hands-on expertise with
Keka HRMS
(mandatory) and other HR management tools.
Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, HR policies, and administrative functions.
Background in Healthcare, Logistics, or E-commerce companies preferred.
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and employee engagement skills.
Ability to adapt to extended work hours or night shift support when required.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
