Manage and maintain all HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, and exit processes through
KEKA HRMS
.
Handle employee database, documents, and HR compliance records.
Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT), and reports from KEKA.
Coordinate performance management and appraisal cycles.
Monitor employee attendance, shift scheduling, and leave approvals.
Draft HR policies, letters, and ensure smooth communication with employees.
Support management in audits, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
Drive HR automation and process improvements using KEKA features.
Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Mandatory hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS portal.
Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively.
