Job Description

Ensure compliance with

labour laws

including PF, WC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour, Factories Act, Apprentices Act, and others. Maintain statutory records, registers, and reports; handle inspections and audits. Manage

HR operations

: attendance, payroll, employee records, F&F settlements. Lead

recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

processes. Address employee grievances, maintain industrial relations, and organize welfare activities. Conduct training and support skill development initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
