HR Manager
who can drive people strategies and foster a culture of growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full cycle of recruitment: job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
Employee Engagement & Retention
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and grievance handling.
Implement strategies to reduce attrition and increase job satisfaction.
Performance Management
Oversee appraisal processes, goal-setting, and KPI tracking.
Provide support to managers for performance improvement plans.
Ensure fair and transparent evaluation systems.
Training & Development
Identify training needs across departments.
Design and implement L&D programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
Evaluate effectiveness of training interventions.
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage HR policies, payroll inputs, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with
PF, ESIC, Labor Laws, and other statutory requirements.
Oversee attendance, leave, and disciplinary procedures.
Strategic HR & Culture Building
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Drive initiatives to build a strong organizational culture.
Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
