. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in core HR functions such as
Payroll
,
PF/ESIC compliance
,
Attendance Management
, and other end-to-end HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
HR operations
including employee records, documentation, and compliance.
Handle
payroll processing
and maintain salary structure as per company policy.
Ensure timely submission and compliance with
PF
,
ESIC
, and other statutory requirements.
Monitor and manage
daily attendance
, leave tracking, and shift scheduling.
Maintain HRMS or manual records accurately.
Handle employee onboarding, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
Assist in performance management and appraisal coordination.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA HR preferred).
2-4 years of experience in core HR operations.
Strong knowledge of
PF
,
ESIC
,
payroll
, and
labour laws

Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
