Job Description

Manage daily attendance, shifts, and leave records of factory staff. Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training for new workers and staff. Ensure smooth floor operations and maintain discipline and productivity. Supervise production workflow and allocate manpower as per daily targets. Maintain employee files, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.). Address employee grievances and promote a healthy workplace environment. Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene, and safety measures on the factory floor. Coordinate between production, quality, dispatch, and management teams. Monitor performance and provide feedback or training where required. Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation. Manage uniforms, attendance devices, and factory welfare facilities (canteen, rest area, etc.). Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
