Position: HR Manager

Requirement: MBA in HR

Experience: 5 years min

(Should handle at least 50 employee)

Job responsibilities:



1. End-to-end Recruitment - Build strong teams from sourcing to onboarding

2. Policy Building - Design and implement HR policies aligned with our values

3. HR Operations & Payroll - Manage systems, compliance, and monthly payroll

4. Employee Engagement - Create an inclusive and motivating workplace

5. Performance Management - Drive a culture of accountability and growth

6. Learning & Development - Spot skill gaps and lead impactful training programs

7. Compliance & Audits - Ensure all HR practices meet legal standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
