Job Overview:

JadeQuest is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring an engaging, compliant workplace. This role involves talent acquisition, policy development, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and talent retention Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, KPI setting, and feedback sessions Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements Manage compensation & benefits administration and payroll processing Coordinate training and professional development programs for staff Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review Support organisational change initiatives and foster employee engagement Serve as a point of contact for all HR-related queries and support management decision-making

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the IT/consulting sector Strong understanding of Indian labour law and HR best practices Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and policy management Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Compensation:

Competitive salary: INR 15,000 to INR 30,000 monthly, commensurate with experience Benefits in line with company policies
