Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
Organize and conduct onboarding processes for new hires
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Assist in resolving employee grievances in collaboration with the HR Manager
Support engagement and retention initiatives
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases
Manage attendance, leaves, and timesheet tracking
Assist with payroll processing and coordination with the finance department
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure proper documentation for audits and legal compliance
Assist with preparing HR reports and metrics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Solid understanding of HR principles and employment laws
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
