To oversee HR & Admin operations at JTSM Retail Private Limited's Head Office and support our store network. The role requires a strong blend of
strategic HR planning
and
hands-on operational expertise
to manage recruitment, compliance, performance, employee engagement and office administration in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Key Responsibilities:
A. Human Resources (HR):
Manage end-to-end recruitment (office staff, retail staff, bulk hiring).
Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH, etc.).
Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and engagement activities.
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and analytics dashboards.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
B. Administration:
Oversee office administration (facilities, housekeeping, security, vendor management).
Manage procurement of office supplies, assets, and equipment.
Coordinate travel, transport, and logistics arrangements for staff.
Maintain proper functioning of office infrastructure and IT coordination.
Support compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
Manage contracts, agreements, and renewals with external vendors/service providers.
Organize company events, meetings, and workshops.
