Responsibilities:

? Inbound Calls: Manage client inquiries, provide service information, and coordinate

with internal teams.

? Recruitment: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain a

talent database.

? Admin Tasks: Oversee daily office operations and prepare management reports.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

? 1-2 years' experience is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are

welcome).

? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

? Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is mandatory for speaking.
