Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management). Design and implement onboarding and orientation programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives. Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues professionally.

Performance Management:

Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems. Work with department heads to set KPIs and track employee performance.

Compliance & Policy Management:

Ensure legal compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

HR Operations & Administration:

Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRIS systems. Oversee payroll inputs and liaise with finance for salary processing.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager. Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Experience with HRMS/HRIS software. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
