We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management while fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, attendance, and compliance with labor laws.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, support employee development, and plan career progression initiatives.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: drafting job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Advise and guide managers and employees on HR issues, mediating disputes and resolving employee concerns when necessary.
Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
Ensure company-wide compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certifications such as SHRM or PHR preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and tools for payroll, attendance, and employee management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a growing organization.
Exposure to employee engagement programs and change management processes.
Knowledge of compensation and benefits benchmarking and planning.
