Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Support department heads in drafting job descriptions and tracking hiring needs. Help ensure smooth onboarding of new employees and maintain joining documentation. Contribute to employee engagement ideas, cultural events, and team-building activities. Act as a support contact for basic employee queries and escalate issues when needed. Help maintain attendance, leave, and payroll support records. Assist in performance review data collection and feedback documentation. Update and organize HR records, policies, and compliance files.
Qualifications & Skills

Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Good organizational and problem-solving attitude Eager to learn, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws (preferred)
