We are looking for an HR Manager to manage our company's recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
what do we need from you

Write and post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and issue offer letters.
Manage employee onboarding: joining formalities, ID setup, and induction.
Handle exit process: clearance, documentation, and handover.
Maintain daily attendance and leave records in HR software; correct discrepancies.
Support payroll by sharing monthly inputs and resolving employee queries.
Conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins, monthly 1:1s, and quarterly reviews.
Provide feedback, basic training, and coaching to employees.
Organize employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.
Perform background checks and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Maintain updated employee records and files.
Prepare simple weekly and monthly HR reports.
Technical Skills You Should Have

Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
