Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
Monitor and evaluate performance management systems.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Assist management in workforce planning and HR strategy.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) and HR documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role (generalist/HR executive/HR operations).
Good knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
