We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

HR Manager

to join our team and lead the Human Resources function. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, processes, and building a thriving workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding). Manage HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives. Partner with leadership to support performance management, learning, and career development. Ensure HRIS and HR dashboards are maintained for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience (4-5 years of experience) in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRMS software (GreytHR will be a plus). Female candidates preferred.
