About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Manager
to oversee all human resources practices and processes The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, statutory compliance, training & development, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
Ensure effective onboarding, induction, and training programs for employees.
Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on career development.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and effectively.
Maintain HR records, prepare MIS reports, and support management in decision-making.
Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and reporting tools.
Strong leadership and people management skills.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
