Process payroll data, monitor attendance, leaves, and other records.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, etc.).
Stay updated with labour laws, HR trends, and legal mandates.
Staff Entertainment Activities, Staff Birthday Celebration, Festival Celebration.
