Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases (attendance, leaves, performance, etc.).
Support payroll processing and coordinate with finance for timely disbursements.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
Assist with employee engagement activities, internal communications, and culture-building initiatives.
Handle day-to-day employee queries and help resolve minor grievances.
Organize training, workshops, and performance evaluations.
Contribute to developing HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate employee recognition and team-building events.
