Complete Site Administration: Oversee Canteen, Transport, Security, Dormitories, and Site Housekeeping.
Recruitments: Lead the hiring process for site-level roles, ensuring the right talent acquisition.
Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Training & Development: Implement and ensure adherence to the T&D calendar for all employees.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience in HR roles, particularly in handling site administration.
Postgraduate MBA (HR or Equivalent).
Strong knowledge of payroll, compliances, and recruitment processes.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic site environment.
