Role Summary:


The HR Manager is responsible for hiring, supporting employees, managing HR processes, and keeping a positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruit, interview, and hire new employees. Manage job postings and candidate sourcing through portals like

Naukri.com, WorkIndia, and other platforms

. Make onboarding plans and train new staff. Handle employee queries, problems, and complaints. Create and update HR policies and procedures. Manage payroll, leaves, and attendance records. Support performance reviews and staff development. Build a positive and healthy work culture.

Skills & Qualifications:



Good communication and people skills. Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws. Hands-on experience with

job portals and recruitment tools

. Problem-solving and conflict management skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Graduate in HR/Business Administration (MBA preferred). 3-5 years of HR experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
