Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related issues.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all levels.
Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives.
Ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive work environment and strong employee relations.
Address employee grievances and conflicts effectively.
Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale.
Performance Management
Manage performance appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms.
Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs.
Support succession planning and career path development.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee HR operations including payroll, attendance, benefits, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labor Laws, etc.).
Ensure HR policies are updated and effectively communicated.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HR standards.
Plan and execute leadership and skill development programs.
Monitor effectiveness of training initiatives.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare HR metrics and reports for senior management.
Use analytics to drive HR decisions and improve processes.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
15+ years of progressive HR experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in handling large teams and cross-functional projects.
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office.
