Monitor and manage daily attendance, late login requests, and leave applications through HRMS portal
Review and process employee requests with appropriate approvals/cancellations
Follow up on uninformed absences and coordinate with employees
Collaborate with recruitment team for interview scheduling and conduct first-round HR interviews
Process candidate evaluation forms and coordinate background verification for approved candidates
Oversee administrative operations including facility management and vendor coordination
Weekly Activities:
Conduct employee grievance handling sessions
Organize adaptation meetings for new joiners (within 7-10 days of joining)
Manage exit interviews and complete exit formalities
Review and monitor recruitment progress with team members
Communicate HR policy updates and announcements to all employees
Coordinate employee celebrations (birthdays, work anniversaries)
Manage office inventory and administrative requirements
Monthly Responsibilities:
Process payroll data and manage all related documentation
Verify and process sales incentive calculations
Update leave balances in HRMS (including quarterly CL credits for eligible employees)
Prepare and submit payment files, pay registers, and bank statements
Manage employee reimbursements and office expense documentation
Handle petty cash management and reconciliation
Generate FNF settlements and experience letters for separated employees
Coordinate PF & ESIC compliance including:
New employee registrations
Monthly contribution calculations and challan verification
Liaison with consultants for statutory compliance
Collaborate with CA for TDS and salary register requirements
Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports
Conduct performance review meetings
Additional Responsibilities:
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and festival celebrations
Manage employee resignations through structured discussions and retention efforts
Coordinate new employee onboarding including:
HR induction and orientation sessions
IT requirements (email ID creation, system access)
HRMS profile and pay element setup
Prepare various HR documents (offer letters, increment letters, promotion letters, warning letters)
Develop and update HR policies and employee handbook
Manage annual performance ratings and employee budget files
Coordinate campus recruitment drives with TPOs when required
Prepare MOM and various management reports as needed
Plan and execute office trips and team-building activities
Resolve HRMS technical issues in coordination with support team
