Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field

Experience :

Minimum 4 Years

Strong understanding of statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc. Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and documentation Skilled in handling employee grievances and ensuring a positive workplace environment Good communication and coordination skills Exposure to employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives Ability to manage HR operations both at field and office level Proficient in HR software and MS Excel * Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage team reporting
