Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

HR Manager

to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, and organizational culture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.

2. Employee Relations



Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

3. Performance Management



Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Support managers in setting goals and conducting evaluations. Identify training and development needs through performance assessments.

4. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits



Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements. Support the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Benchmark job roles and compensation packages to ensure competitiveness. Coordinate open enrollment and benefit plan renewals.

5. Learning & Development



Create and manage training programs to support employee development. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

6. HR Data & Reporting



Maintain HR systems and records with accuracy and confidentiality. Generate HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:



Education:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:



3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Pay: ₹14,727.26 - ₹40,599.71 per month
