As the HR Manager at Gyan Architects, you will be responsible for maintaining a transparent, structured, and proactive HR environment in alignment with our design studio culture. Your role will cover end-to-end HR operations, including hiring, discipline handling, team coordination, reporting, and cultural bonding across teams of architects, interior designers, and project staff.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Manager, you will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
Manage employee attendance, punctuality, and discipline records
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and interviews with management
Track employee tasks and performance efficiency
Submit daily and consolidated reports to the Management
Maintain employee engagement through celebrations and regular feedback
Handle payroll coordination and exit formalities
Maintain strong coordination with team leads and operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
2-3 years of HR experience ( If architecture/interior firm)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and the offer/exit process
Understanding of task tracking & report building
