to lead our HR department. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes talent management, organizational development, performance management, training, employee relations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
Manage onboarding, training, and development programs
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR policies and procedures
Oversee performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program in collaboration with finance
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with HR software
