1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

Manage the recruitment process, from posting job ads to interviewing and hiring candidates, ensuring that the firm attracts the right talent with appropriate qualifications and experience.

Campus Recruitment:

For junior positions, the HR Manager may collaborate with educational institutions to recruit fresh graduates or interns.

2. Onboarding and Training



Orientation:

Organize an onboarding program to help new employees understand the firm's culture, policies, and expectations.
