As Human Resources Manager, you are guiding the HR Coordinator and work closely together with the management team of the hotel, reporting directly to the General Manager. Following are necessary requirements for the role: -
HR documentation skills
Cold calling and Emails for Hiring
Interaction with the candidates, scheduling them for an interview.
Taking telephonic and FTF interviews with Managers
Sourcing/ Screening the candidates as per requirement
Understanding the Job description
Handling end to end recruitment process
You are responsible for the complete process around on- and off boarding
Handling / Resolving all Staff related issues
Scheduling Staff Training & Development
You are responsible for payroll activities
Qualifications: - Diploma/ graduation in HR field
Minimum 1 year of HR experience is desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
