Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Legal
Ensure end-to-end
statutory compliance
(PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)
Liaise with legal consultants and authorities for audits, inspections, and labour-related issues.
Maintain updated records of licenses, renewals, and contracts as per legal requirements.
Draft, review, and manage HR policies in alignment with current laws and organizational goals.
HR Operations
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities across all departments.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare HR MIS reports, handle payroll coordination with the finance team.
Address and resolve grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts.
Administrative Management
Oversee daily office administration, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Ensure smooth coordination with facility management, IT, and infrastructure teams.
Manage assets, office supplies, and inventory as per operational needs.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance frameworks, and HR practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong people management and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in software, MS Office (especially Excel).
Female candidate preferable.
