Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Assess training needs and monitor training programs Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements and Skills:



Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (3-5 years preferred) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills High ethical standards and confidentiality Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
