Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle processes.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program; coordinate performance appraisal and compensation processes.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment and uphold the company's culture and values.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Oversee health and safety policies and ensure compliance with occupational health standards.
