Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and experienced

HR Manager

to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our textile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, improving employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the organization's growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Staffing:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles; coordinate with department heads for workforce planning

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive working environment; handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures

Compliance & Labor Laws:

Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws, including Factories Act, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances

Training & Development:

Identify skill gaps; implement training programs to enhance employee productivity and safety awareness

Performance Management:

Lead the appraisal process; set KPIs in coordination with department managers and facilitate reviews

Payroll & HR Operations:

Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management systems

Policy Implementation:

Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook

Employee Engagement:

Plan employee welfare programs, team-building activities, and reward systems

HR Reporting:

Maintain HR metrics and provide regular reports on employee turnover, absenteeism, manpower planning, etc.

Liaison Work:

Coordinate with local authorities and external agencies for labor inspections, compliance documentation, and community relations

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setup In-depth knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance frameworks Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software/ERP systems Ability to manage large workforces, including blue-collar and contract workers

Preferred Skills:



Experience in the textile or garment industry Fluency in local languages for better workforce communication

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
