Recruitment & Onboarding

- Hiring the right talent and ensuring smooth joining processes.

Employee Relations

- Handling grievances, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a healthy work environment.

Performance Management

- Setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and supporting employee growth.

Policy & Compliance

- Creating HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.

Training & Development

- Organizing skill development and training programs.

Payroll & Benefits

- Managing salaries, benefits, and incentives.

Engagement & Retention

- Planning employee engagement activities and improving retention.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
