Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals.
Partner with department heads to forecast talent needs and ensure timely hiring for critical roles.
Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Employee Development & Performance Management
Develop and implement training programs and career development frameworks that support employee growth and internal mobility.
Establish robust performance management systems to set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support goal achievement.
Promote a learning culture through mentorship, coaching, and continuous professional development.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts to build a respectful and inclusive workplace.
Foster open communication and implement programs that reinforce core values and positive workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee all HR policies, procedures, systems, and compliance-related matters.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company standards across all HR activities.
Optimize HR technology and reporting tools for efficient operations and decision-making.
Strategic Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.
Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess impact and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a fast-growing or dynamic organization.
Proven track record in talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
Deep understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and industry best practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
Success Metrics
Reduction in time-to-hire and increased quality-of-hire scores.
Increased employee engagement and retention rates year over year.
Development and implementation of a scalable L&D framework.
Zero non-compliance incidents across HR operations.
High satisfaction scores from internal HR service delivery surveys.
