HR Manager

to lead and strengthen our human resources function.

Role Overview:



We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and strong-willed HR professional who can independently drive our recruitment strategy and manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR processes and people management.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:



Lead and manage the full recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and build strong talent pipelines. Implement innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:



Manage all aspects of employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.

Performance Management & Appraisals:



Execute performance appraisal cycles and support managers in setting KPIs. Drive performance improvement plans, feedback mechanisms, and performance culture.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:



Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to boost morale and retention. Conduct regular employee connects, surveys, and team-building activities.

Training & Development:



Identify skill gaps and create relevant training and development programs. Monitor training effectiveness and ensure continuous learning across the organization.

Compliance & Policy Development:



Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements. Draft and update HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs in line with industry best practices.

Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum

6 years

of progressive HR experience, preferably in a dynamic or fast-paced industry. Proven track record in recruitment, HR operations, and performance management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong decision-making, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities. Hands-on experience with HR software, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: From ?50,000.00 per month
