Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on

HR Manager

to manage end-to-end HR operations in a fast-growing service organization. The role requires strong execution capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to work closely with operations to drive people performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits Lead complete hiring lifecycle and support manpower planning with business teams Handle statutory compliance including

PF, ESI, payroll, and labor laws

Drive performance management, PIP, and productivity initiatives Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and employee relations Coordinate with finance for payroll accuracy and HR MIS reporting Support audits, documentation, and continuous HR process improvements Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals

Required Skills & Experience

4-5 years

of experience in a

generalist HR role

Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and recruitment Experience working closely with operations or business stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Excel and HR reporting Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements

Fluency in

English & Kannada

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
