Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned

HR Manager (Generalist)

with 8+ years of experience, preferably from the

FMCG sector

, to handle end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

strategic HR, payroll, compliance, overseas attendance management, and labor law

. This role requires a proactive leader capable of driving HR initiatives and maintaining smooth employee relations across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

HR policies and strategies

aligned with business goals. Manage the

full spectrum of HR functions

including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement. Oversee

attendance management for domestic and overseas employees

. Ensure

labor law compliance

and maintain statutory records as per regulatory requirements. Handle

grievance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations

. Coordinate

performance management, appraisals, and training programs

. Drive

strategic HR initiatives

to support organizational growth and efficiency. Partner with management for

workforce planning and talent retention

. Maintain accurate HR documentation, MIS reports, and HR analytics.
