About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

HR Manager

to lead end-to-end HR programs for a workforce of 2,000+ employees across manufacturing and retail operations. This role requires strong expertise in Indian labour laws, HR operations, and people management, with the ability to foster a performance-driven, people-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Manage end-to-end hiring for factory and corporate roles. Build and monitor recruitment channels, including agencies and campus hiring. Standardize onboarding and induction processes.

HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee payroll, PF/ESIC, gratuity, and bonus processing. Maintain HRIS accuracy and publish monthly MIS reports. Ensure 100% statutory compliance for multi-state operations.

Performance & Rewards

Manage goal-setting, mid-year, and annual appraisal cycles. Benchmark compensation and benefits and recommend revisions. Administer incentive programs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as grievance-handling authority. Conduct investigations and disciplinary hearings. Drive employee engagement initiatives within budget guidelines.

People Analytics & HR Projects

Provide insights on attrition, productivity, and training ROI. Lead HR process improvement and technology projects. Manage change communication initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred) or Bachelor's in HR/Business Administration. Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in corporate HR for manufacturing/retail. Experience managing multi-plant and multi-state workforce. Proficient in MS Excel, HRIS analytics, and report automation. Strong integrity, persuasive communication skills, and a hands-on, data-driven approach.
