Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in alignment with hotel goals
Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new staff
Conduct regular training sessions for staff development and compliance with hotel policies
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary
Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate payroll processing
Oversee performance management processes and conduct employee evaluations
Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and optimize team structures
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives
Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
Commitment to promoting a positive work environment
Certification in human resources management is a plus
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels
