Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Oversee overall administration and human resource management
Implement HR policies (Recruitment, Selection, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Management, Leave Policy, Travel Policy, etc.) to maximize employee performance
Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives
Ensure effective systems in the time office
Handle annual increments, promotions, transfers, and separations
Resolve employee queries related to payroll and benefits
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
