Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Coordinate with HODs for manpower planning and job postings.
Conduct interviews, issue appointment letters, and ensure proper onboarding and induction.
Attendance & Payroll Management:
Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and punctuality tracking.
Process monthly payroll, ensure accuracy of salary disbursement, and manage deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Employee Relations:
Address staff grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain a healthy work culture.
Conduct regular staff meetings and ensure effective communication across departments.
Performance Evaluation:
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Assist HODs in evaluating staff and recommending increments or promotions.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for faculty and staff.
Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, AICTE/UGC/University norms, and statutory bodies.
Maintain HR records, service registers, employee files, and HR-related documentation.
Policy & Process Implementation:
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to institutional rules and ethical standards.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate with management for institutional planning and HR budgeting.
Manage employee welfare activities and college events involving staff participation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Qualification:
MBA in Human Resource Management / MSW (HR) / PG in HRM or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in an educational institution.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR software and MS Office
Understanding of statutory compliance and labor regulations
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
