are looking for an experienced and organized HR Manager for our 20+Retail chain stores in Chennai & Rest of TamilNadu , to Recruit Staffs for our Stores. The HR Manager will be responsible for Recruiting & Training to improve the efficiency and productivity of the Store Team

Our Branches : CHENNAI & RAMANATHAPURAM ,UDUMALAIPETTAI ,THIRUTHURAIPOONDI ,GUMMIDIPOONDI, UTHUKKOTTAI, ARAKKONAM , ARCOT ,THIRUPATHUR,DHARMAPURI , PANRUTI ,PERAMBALUR, GINGEE

Job Responsibilities Include:

Recruiting & Training

Store Team for 20+ Menswear Branches

Min 3-5 Years experience

in Hr Management ( Preferred in Retail Filed )

Any degree

in relevant field Developing strategies to increase Store team efficiency Analyzing and understanding performance of each Employee Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

HR sourcing: 5 years (Preferred)
Language:

Tamil , English (Preferred)
