HR Manager - For BEST ITALIAN Restaurant in NCR - ARTUSI RISTORANTE We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join and manage the HR function independently. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with and capable of working independently, have excellent communication and speaking abilities, excellent listening and negotiation skills, and a patient and polite demeanor. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops, and retains qualified employees. Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Requirements and skills:

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law
• BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology or related
• MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
