:This is a hands-on HR role where you will independently handle all HR functions -- from hiring new talent to conducting exit interviews. You'll be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, daily HR operations, and maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding-
Personally handle the entire recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and final selection.Prepare job descriptions and post openings on job portals and social platforms.Issue offer letters and collect joining documents.Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees.
2. HR Operations & Documentation-
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management. Handle payroll inputs, salary processing coordination, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).Draft and update HR letters, policies, and employee communications. Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks independently.
3. Performance & Training-
Coordinate with management to set performance goals and review progress. Prepare appraisal forms, track performance reviews, and document outcomes. Identify training needs and arrange internal or external sessions.
4. Employee Engagement & Communication-
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.Regularly interact with employees to understand concerns and maintain morale.Handle grievance redressal and ensure a healthy, transparent work culture.
5. Compliance & Reporting-
Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and statutory requirements. Prepare and maintain HR reports -- attendance, attrition, and headcount.Coordinate with consultants for compliance filings if required.
6. Exit Process-
Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from outgoing employees.Manage clearance, full & final settlement, and issue relieving letters. Analyze exit trends to support retention efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Post Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Human Resources. Minimum 5 years of end-to-end HR experience, preferably in the IT sector. Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage all HR tasks single-handedly.
